Today’s update brings more life to the DaddyPlaysGames.com frontpage with daily community statistics and adds a brand-new in-game communication system via RCON!

📈 Daily Statistics on the Frontpage

A new API endpoint has been created to extract and display daily statistics directly on the website’s frontpage. This gives every visitor a real-time view of what’s happening in our community each day.

The statistics now displayed include:

• Total kills of the day.
• Total attacks of the day.
• New unique players joined today.
• Total active players for the day.

This addition provides a deeper sense of activity, engagement, and growth within our gaming community.

💬 In-Game Messaging via RCON

A new backend script now allows the parsing server to send in-game chat messages directly to all our Counter-Strike 2 community servers through RCON.

This feature enables live communication between the backend and players inside the game, opening up new ways to share information in real time.

Planned implementations include:

• Informing players before a server reboots for file validation or updates, so they aren’t disconnected unexpectedly.
• Posting automated reminders or advertisements to let players know about our website and Discord community.
